Starting September 1, 2026, he will support the group\u2019s acquisitions department and, together with the existing team, drive forward the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of new residential real estate and land projects. <\/p><p>The focus of our acquisition activities is on residential real estate and developable land in the Berlin metropolitan region. In particular, the company is seeking apartment buildings, mixed-use residential and commercial buildings, residential portfolios, and residential complexes suitable for sale as condominiums, as well as land with development potential. Stonehedge pursues a value-oriented investment approach and, as an owner-managed company, relies on quick decision-making processes.  <\/p><p>By expanding its acquisitions team, Stonehedge is responding to the ongoing opportunities in the residential real estate market in Berlin and Brandenburg.
