Your responsibilities
As a client representative, you will be responsible for the following tasks in the development and realization of residential construction projects:
- Participation in the development and conceptualization
- Technical project monitoring of construction projects
- Checking the execution for compliance with quality, approvals, planning and technical regulations
- Support with deadline, cost and quality control as well as coordination of all project participants, warranty management
- Coordination with external parties such as project management, architects, specialist planners, contractors and other project participants
- Participation in construction meetings and acceptance tests, preparation of construction site reports and documentation
- Support for the digital processing of projects
Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, construction technology or a corresponding successful practical qualification over several years
- Several years of professional experience in residential construction, in particular building construction LP 8-9 in German-speaking countries
- Sound knowledge of construction management and project management
- Good knowledge of technical regulations and building laws (in particular DIN 276/ DIN277)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- High degree of initiative and motivation, flexibility and reliability
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Confident handling of MS Office and common construction software solutions is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German is an advantage
- Valid driving license
